  • Payment processing solutions
  • Licensing consultation and support
  • Technical maintenance and updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice to clients.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use CasinoLaunch services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • Represent a legitimate business entity
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable gambling laws in your target markets

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Licensing and Compliance

Here's the thing - you're responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary gambling licenses in your operating jurisdictions. We provide consultation and support, but you hold the ultimate legal responsibility for regulatory compliance.

CasinoLaunch does not guarantee license approval. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, and approval depends on your business meeting regulatory standards.

4. Payment Terms

Real talk about payments:

  • Setup fees are due upon contract signing
  • Monthly platform fees are billed in advance
  • Revenue share percentages (if applicable) are calculated and paid monthly
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

CasinoLaunch retains ownership of all platform software, technology, and core systems. You receive a limited license to use our platform for operating your online casino. Your branding, content, and customizations remain your property.

6. Service Level and Support

We commit to 99.5% uptime for our platform (excluding scheduled maintenance). Technical support is available 24/7 for critical issues. Response times vary based on your service tier - check your specific agreement for details.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay fees after 30 days
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Lose required gambling licenses

Upon termination, you'll receive player data and migration assistance per your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bottom line: CasinoLaunch is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. This doesn't limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
